Management
Minimize

As the running of the community requires the presence of a full-time professional staff, the day-to-day operations of the Ravens Crest East common elements are managed through Dot Kincaid and Lynn Koehl of Executive Property Management. Repairs to common property, records keeping, insurance issues, emergency repairs such as unit flooding, oversight of contractors, providing information to residents, and handling public inquires such as questions by real estate agents, are just a few of the responsibilities of the management company; if you see something in need of repair or a problem around the complex, (broken sidewalk, falling tree limbs, dumpster issue, abandoned car), contact either Sue or Dot at the office.
